- Once product sold is not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. Item damaged after use or due to water are not valid for exchange.
- Price listed does not include postage, which you have to bear. For Malaysia, Free Postage with RM100 (West M’sia) / RM130 (East M’sia) purchase.
Damaged / Wrong Item
- All our merchandise is scrupulously checked to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects. They are also either bubble wrapped or put in a box to protect them during delivery.
- However, if your merchandise is still seriously damaged when it arrives, please inform us on the day itself through EMAIL (Within 3 days upon received only). Any late response will not be entertained. Please provide photos and describe the damage in EMAIL. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately.
- If the damage is significant you will entitle for free return.
- The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge. The returned shipping fee would be bear by us (you can use this fee for next purchase or we can refund to your Maybank/Public Bank accounts ONLY).
- If you have received the wrong item because the delivery man might have mixed up, please accept our apology. Inform us and we will arrange for pick-up and exchange as soon as possible. For wrong/exchange, item need to mail back to us in its original packaging within 3 working days. We will mail the correct item once we received the returned piece in good conditions.
- If happened that your item has no stock or discontinued, we will have to ask you to choose another item from our stocks of the same price or you have to top up if it’s of a higher price.

Processing Your Return
Please allow 1-2 days to process your request. You will receive notification via Email / SMS confirming that your request has been received and processed.
